Eric R. Haynes, M.D
Dedicated to the study and treatment of chronic pain, Dr. Eric R. Haynes believes in a multidisciplinary approach to pain management and individualized patient diagnosis and treatment plans.

A graduate of Morehouse College and the University of Miami School of Medicine, Dr. Haynes completed his internship at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan and his residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.

Prior to forming Comprehensive Pain Management Partners in 1997, Dr. Haynes served as Staff Anesthesiologist, specializing in obstetric anesthesia and pain management, at E.W. Sparrow Hospital in Lansing Michigan.

A physician since 1987, Dr. Haynes is licensed to practice medicine in Michigan and Florida and is board certified in pain medicine. Dr. Haynes speaks nationally on the treatment of neuropathic, musculoskeletal, arthritic, and migraine pain. Dr. Haynes is a professional member of the American Society of Anesthesiology, American Society of Regional Anesthesia, American Medical Association, National Medical Association, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and American Academy of Pain Management.

Rudolfo A. Panganiban, M.D.
Dedicated to the practice of physical medicine and rehabilitation with an emphasis on pain management, Dr. Rudolfo Panganiban believes in helping restore the health and functional abilities of his patients while managing their pain.

A graduate of the University of Florida and the University of South Florida Medical School, Dr. Panganiban completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitiation at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

Board certified in PM&R and Pain Medicine, Dr. Panganiban specialized in the practice of PM&R and Pain Management at CPMP, one of the Tampa Bay area's premier pain management practices.

A partner with Comprehensive Pain Management Partners since 2001, Dr. Panganiban also serves as Medical Director of Pain Management, Musculoskeletal Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Morton Plant Mease Outpatient Surgery Center in Trinity, Florida.

A recognized authority on the treatment of pain management, Dr. Panganiban speaks nationally on the treatment of neuropathic, musculoskeletal, arthritic, and migraine pain. Miguel de La Garza, M.D.
Dedicated to the practice of pain management and treatment, Dr. Miguel de la Garza is committed to the study and advancement of pain medicines and therapies in the treatment of pain associated with physical injury and chronic disease.

Dr. de la Garza received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas in 2001. He completed anesthesia residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida in 2005. He then performed an interventional pain management fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. Board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine Dr. de la Garza joined Comprehensive Pain Management Partners in August of 2007.

He is licensed to practice in Ohio and Florida. Dr. de la Garza has published abstracts and articles in peer reviewed journals on anesthesia and pain management. He has special interest in the treatment of disc herniation with new minimally invasive techniques which require no surgery. He also performs spinal cord stimulation and peripheral nerve stimulation. He is a frequent lecturer on the topics. He is a member of the ASRA, FSA, IASP, ASA, and ABPM.

Robert Young, Ph.D.
Dr. Robert Young has dedicated his career to the study and treatment of physical and mental health problems within a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach. Dr. Young specializes in treating patients with chronic pain and other chronic physical health problems as well as traditional psychiatric illnesses such as depression and anxiety. He relies on scientifically validated treatment approaches to help patients with these debilitating problems to improve their functioning and maximize their quality of life.

Born in Michigan but raised primarily in Ohio, Dr. Young graduated from Bowling Green Senior High School in 1987 and enlisted in the United States Army where he served on active duty until 1991. After completing his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University he entered graduate school in the Psychology Department at Florida State University. Dr. Young earned his Doctorate in Philosophy degree (Ph.D) in 2002 after completing internships and post-doctorate work at the Bay Pines Veteran's Hospital and the James A. Haley Veterans hospital in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Young worked closely with physicians, physical and occupational therapists and nurses for 2 years as part of a multidisciplinary team in the Chronic Pain Treatment Program at the James A. Haley VA Hospital. It was during this time he developed his skill in helping patients with chronic physical and mental health problems improve their functioning and quality of life, integrating mental health and behavioral health care with medical treatments.

Dr. Young is licensed as a psychologist in the state of Florida and maintains professional affiliations with organizations such as the American Pain Society, American Academy of Pain Management and the American Psychological Association.

Indra B. Ramdayal, M.S.N., F.N.P., A.R.N.P

Ms. Ramdayal is a 1993 graduate of Masters of Nursing program at Yale University New Haven, CT. Her concentration of study was family practice and diabetes education. She obtained her undergraduate education at the University of Connecticut and earned her BSN in 1986.

Ms. Ramdayal has practiced in a variety of settings from inner city hospital oncology department and family practice clinic to providing health care in a rural health care setting in the Caribbean. In Florida she provided skilled and primary health care to elderly individuals in nursing homes and clinics.

Ms. Ramdayal's latest endeavor was to join Comprehensive Pain Management Partners in May 2000. She is familiar with Pain Management due to her seven years experience with chronic pain and treating oncology patients. She is licensed to practice as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in the State of Florida.

Robert LaChar, P.A.-C
Mr. LaChar received his Bachelor of Science in Biology with honors at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL in 1995. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL in 2000.  Mr. LaChar also is a decorated veteran of the United States marine Corps.

Mr. LaChar has practiced under the specialty of Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Spine Surgery, and most recently Multidisciplinary Pain Medicine. He is licensed in the state of Florida and is NCCPA certified.
The experience in the multitude of settings has given Mr. LaChar a familiar base enabling him to treat and care for pain patients with compassion.

Mr. LaChar's newest endeavor was joining Comprehensive Pain Management Partners in January of 2009. He is a welcomed addition to the CPMP family.
